Please read the entire page before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to all the following terms and conditions of DivaDesignsUSA.com online store.
1. Please Register for Your Login ID and Password first.
- To protect our clients this web site is password protected. Please register first.
- DivaDesignsUSA.com reserves the right to refuse password requests or cancel existing password.
- Inactive accounts will be deleted from our system on a periodic basis.
2. Order Information
- Our online shopping site is fully secured by SSL (128-bit encryption).
- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. A second email with your invoice including shipping charges will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out.
- Your purchase amount will be initially charged to your credit card. Depending on the shipping charge and possible sold out items, you credit card will be either debited or credited subsequently, resulting a second transaction. Please note that the credit to your credit card account may take 3 to 4 business days to show up on your account.
- The receipt of the order confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- You may receive a call from DivaDesignsUSA.com to confirm your order..
- Most orders will be shipped out within one to two business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Warehouse pickups (handbags, sunglasses, scarves, and other items) may take additional time. Due to the factors (staffing levels and workload) beyond our control, the shipping policy is not guaranteed. For any rush orders please call 213-748-4212/323-985-6060. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
- Cancellation of order or refused parcels: The cancellation on orders which are pacakged or packaged/shipped will incur 30% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the parcel is refused by customer).
- T-Shirts order: We custom make our bling t-shirts for each order. They are not returnable unless defective.
- We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
- We cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on our Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
3. Prices and Availability
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.
- We cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on our Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
4. Minimum Purchase and Discount Policy
- Minimum purchase of $25.00 plus shipping is required.
- Minimum purchase for an International Order is $100.00 plus shipping.
- 1% rebate with Customer Rewards Program on all purchases.
- Customer earns 1 "Rewards Points" for every dollar spend on purchasing.
- Customer can redeem "Rewards Points" at a rate of 100 points equal $1.00.
- "Rewards Points" earned can be applied towards next or future purchases.
- "Rewards Points" can be accumulated with no time limit.
- "Rewards Points" may be adjusted due to the sold-out items, returns, and cancellation of order.
- 1% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $100.00 or more.
- 2% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $200.00 or more.
- 3% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $300.00 or more.
- 4% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $400.00 or more.
- 5% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $500.00 or more.
- 6% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $1000.00 or more.
- 7% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $2000.00 or more.
- 8% discount plus Customer Rewards Program on purchase of $3000.00 or more.
5. Payment Method
- Credit Cards only (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
- Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization.
- The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorizaion or additional charge to complete the transaction: (1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
- Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.
6. Shipping Policy
- UPS is the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
- UPS ground is the primary delivery service for shipments to Canada.
- US Postal Service International Parcel is available for lower shipping costs for international order. Please review the following options before you choose the international shipping method at the check out.
- USPS Global Express: 3 - 5 days depends on destination country. Availability of Insurance and Return Receipt depends on the country. USPS/DivaDesignsUSA.com are not liable for the lost packages that are uninsurable.
- USPS Priority Mail: 4- 10 days depends on destination country. Availability of Insurance and Return Receipt depends on the country. USPS/DivaDesignsUSA.com are not liable for the lost packages that are uninsurable.
- Lost Parcels: Although it is rare, parcels do get lost/missing. In case of such an event that the insured parcel is missing or lost, DivaDesignsUSA.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer. DivaDesignsUSA.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and the DivaDesignsUSA.com receive the fund from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and DivaDesignUSA cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.
7. Sales Tax
- This is a wholesale only website for clients who own retail businesses.
- Sales tax is excluded on all transactions.
- The Seller's Permit # is required to check out the merchaindise.
8. Return Policy
- We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
- All return should be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email the order number and items you wish to return to support@DivaDesignsUSA.com. Only defective items are returnable.
- For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and please include the copy of the RMA email from DivaDesignsUSA.com.
- Unless an RMA number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 10 business days from the receipt of the RMA number, return will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.
- We will issue a credit (store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy.
- All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items.
- T-Shirts order: We custom make our bling t-shirts for each order. They are not returnable unless defective.
- All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.
- We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS/USPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS/USPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through UPS. Please refer to section 6, Shipping Policy, for further information

- Upon request, DivaDesignsUSA.com can proivde pictures of the purchased product for the online market places such as Amazon, eBay and others. Image pixel dimensions of at least 1000 or larger in either height or width will be provided at free of charges.
